• Court will appoint a clerk to conduct the foreclose sale.
• Court appointed officer will gather (3) estimated appraisals of property.
• Sale offer will be pile into with not less than 2/3 of the appraisal value of property.
• Notice of the time and sale must be published in news paper each week for (3) consecutive weeks in the news paper of general circulation country where property is located.
• Auction will be carried out in the court house by sheriff. Sale will be made to the highest bidder.
• Borrower may redeem the property by paying the amount of judgment along with cost and interest.
• Lenders has right of sue to obtain a deficiency judgment, however this facility will be void after the two year of sale.
